WTA designed the expansion and renovation of Rossman School in St, Louis County. The building plan involved remodeling of the entire north wing, including all MEPF services, the addition of two classrooms, complete renovation to the technology systems, a library, and a new administrative wing. The project included:
- Dedicated makeup air system serving individual water source heat pumps for each classroom space
- Complete renovation of the electrical distribution system which featured consolidation of four independent electrical services into a new combined service.
- Expanded greenhouse to accommodate the science program
- Addition of a mechanical room to accommodate the central equipment including pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and fluid coolers
- Complete sprinkler system designed for the entire facility including the facility portions that were not renovated
