WTA provided engineering design of the new 120,000 sq.ft. Wentzville High School in St. Charles County. The facility, designed to hold over 1,500 students, contains classrooms, a large competition gymnasium, a new theater, and a new arts center. The project included:
- Design of HVAC system featuring water source heat pumps and a dedicated air system
- Design of complete electrical system
- Complete design of telecommunication infrastructure including routers, headroom equipment, wiring and distribution panels for a totally interactive desktop a large format monitor learning experience
- Fire protection systems including a sprinkler system covering the entire building
