The learning process and physical aspects of educational facilities are changing to accomodate the changing electronic learning environment. WTA designs systems for elementary and secondary education schools which not only provide fundamental services, but also support the interactive learning processes. Projects involve expansion, renovation and new construction of facilities throughout Missouri.
