WTA has provided continuing service to Trigen for their downtown St. Louis steam plant and distribution network. Our scopes of work have included field examination, concept development, rate analysis, modification to the existing boiler plant, and studies associated with development of a new steam plant and a chilled water distribution system for downtown St. Louis. Specific tasks have included:

• Development of a new satellite steam distribution plant to service the downtown network
• Development of a 25,000 ton chilled water plant to service 10,000,000 sq.ft. in downtown St. Louis
• Rate analysis and energy studies for the new Eagleton Federal Courthouse
• Extension and repairs to the existing downtown steam network, including stress calculations for high-pressure steam in accordance with Trigen corporate standards
• Concept development for high-pressure absorption chillers in the Convention Center
