WTA's extensive experience in historical renovation includes churches, libraries, offices and country clubs. Incorporation of modern engineering systems into historic buildings requires precise organization among all involved to establish important visual details and equipment requirements. Installing new lighting or air conditioning systems encompasses much more than simply sticking a fixture or cutting holes for ductwork. We realize that these facilities represent institutions, the history of people and, as such, believe it is extremely important that the original appearance and intent of the facility be preserved.
