WTA provided engineering and telecommunication system design for the new Metro Lofts apartment complex. The 230 unit complex offers tenants the latest in high-tech services. Project design included:

• Media distribution center in each apartment
• High speed internet services with a capability of up to 1024k download and upload speed
• Capability of total convergence service including voice/IP
• Voice system set for total PBX telephone system thereby allowing owner to provide local telephone and long distance service
• Both analog and digital voice are provided in each apartment
• All data supported by Category 6 solution
• E-commerce and intranet community capable
• Building CATV system consisting of cable TV, satellite TV, and offair networks all supporting HDTV broadcast
• Internal apartment networking
• Security system including video monitoring and telephone entry access
