WTA planned, surveyed and designed the renovation of the Primm Housing development in St. Louis County. The project consisted of two phases which included:

Phase I

• Surveying, programming and gut rehabilitation design for 48 existing housing units
• Detailed evaluation of the existing structures and preparation of demolition documents
• Design of mechanical and electrical systems as well as construction administration services

• New development of 80 housing units across the street from the Phase I development
• Mechanical and electrical design for various units
• Design of a 1,500 sq.ft. community center for the two developments
