WTA provided mechanical and electrical service to modernize the existing Cass Gilbert Library and provide master planning for the newly purchased Farm Credit Building located just West of the current library. The project included:

• A new HVAC system which respected the original intent of the structure by utilizing existing passages and distribution ductwork
• New data and communication systems rough-in
• Development of public teleconferencing rooms
• New lighting systems to support the original architecture and space functions
• Development of new data center to support the library district's computing needs
• Renovation and expansion of historical document storage areas
