The 3,500,000 sq.ft. World Trade Center in Taiwan includes a seven level Trade Mart, an 800 room hotel, and a 30 story office building. The ground floor of the 7-story, 1,700,000 sq.ft. Trade Mart is 250,000 sq.ft., equivalent to eight football fields. A 40,000 sq.ft. skylight crowns the Trade Mart providing an abundance of natural light. Project features include:

• A 2,220 point security, fire, building monitoring and control system
• A one million gallon chilled water storage system which reduced building chiller capacity need by 1,200 tons
• The latest energy conservation and building management systems, such as, outside air economizer operation, building automation/energy management and control, looped air distribution, and flexible power distribution
