Good laboratory design involves the ability to translate user technical needs into engineering design criteria. WTA excels in this translation having acquired a breadth of experience in laboratory design ranging from high school STEM labs to pharmaceutical research companies. Our designs comply with all safety criteria including strict bio-safety, cGMP, and ILAR standards. Safe, reliable, and functional systems in critical laboratory spaces are a necessity, particularly in the design of biohazard and barrier facilities for animal research. We have a long history of successfully meeting design requirements for a variety of commercial, industrial and university clients.
Understanding the speed at which research technologies change and being able to adapt facilities quickly to respond to those changes is the foundation of WTA designs. Our staff includes experts in federal grants for research and NIH grant review which provides us with insight to grant application preparation with the right amount of technical data to support the funding request.
