The St. Clare Of Assisi expansion involved selective demolition and renovation of the existing church and an addition to expand seating capacity and improve the liturgical facilities. The project included the addition/improvement of a baptistery, sacristy, restrooms, and meeting rooms and a new detached mechanical room. The project included:

• Replacement of mechanical systems from the existing structure to a new detached mechanical building allowing building expansion
• Expansion of the existing underground utilities and service entrance facilities
• Redesigning the air distribution system to improve the acoustical characterisitics
• Replacement of the sound, fire alarm, lighting and dimming systems
• Improved site lighting including garden areas
