WTA provided engineering services for the renovation of the St. Clair Square Mall. Project features include:

• New 600 seat food court for 10 venders
• Update of mall supply air system to provide for engineered smoke control system
• Replacement of seven existing rooftop air handling units
• Update of entries for ease of use
• Improved lighting in common areas for energy efficiency
