Project details: New 9,000 sq.ft. addition housing a library and science classrooms and an 18,000 sq.ft. renovation of existing classrooms for a private middle school.
Sustainable design: Highly efficient HVAC systems, micro-detention basin, solar thermal array for domestic hot water heating, low flow water conserving flush and flow fixtures, daylighting, extensive measurement and verification system.

Mary Institute and Country Day School – MICDS, STEM Facility (LEED Platinum)
Project Details: New 80,000 sq.ft. education facility for private JK-12 school. Building includes multiple laboratories (robotics, biology, chemistry, physics), greenhouse, classrooms, and 800-seat auditorium. The building is LEED Platinum certified.
Sustainable design: On-site renewable energy including photovoltaic array and solar thermal array, integrated daylighting controls, highly efficient HVAC systems, rainwater harvesting for flush fixtures and greenhouse evaporative pads, low flow water conserving flush and flow fixtures.

Project Details: Two new 5-story buildings with connecting glass atrium totaling 175,000 sq.ft.
