Project Details: New 12-story, 555,000 sq.ft. office and training center.
Sustainable Design: Rainwater harvesting for all flush fixtures; low flow water conserving flush and flow fixtures; 8,000 sq.ft. solar thermal array for domestic hot water heating; snow melt, and auxiliary space heating; highly efficient HVAC systems.

Mary Institute and Country Day School – MICDS, STEM Facility (LEED Platinum)
Project Details: New 80,000 sq.ft. education facility for private JK-12 school. Building includes multiple laboratories (robotics, biology, chemistry, physics), greenhouse, classrooms, and 800-seat auditorium. The building is LEED Platinum certified.
Sustainable design: On-site renewable energy including photovoltaic array and solar thermal array, integrated daylighting controls, highly efficient HVAC systems, rainwater harvesting for flush fixtures and greenhouse evaporative pads, low flow water conserving flush and flow fixtures.

St. Louis Community College, Wildwood Campus, Phase I (LEED Gold)
Project Details: Phase I of a new college campus that included a 75,000 sq.ft. facility with a central utility plant that is expandable for the remaining 3 phases. This campus is also a critical disaster recovery site for telecommunications backup for the entire St. Louis Community College District.
Sustainable design: Advanced daylighting and dimming control system, highly efficient HVAC systems including low temperature air distribution and heat wheel reclaim; low flow water conserving flow and flush fixtures; rainwater harvesting for irrigation;
